Wheatsheaf and Pigeon. The combination I didn’t know I needed. Great little local pub! Friendly staff, cold beer and good food
Good standard pub, a bit old fashioned but that's the charm of it...
Good home cooked food too

We visited the Weatsheaf and Pigeon on Wednesday night the 16/04/25 the food, the service was great, the atmosphere was really good. The only thing stopping me giving a 4 or 5 star review was that they added a 10% optional service charge without asking me first. It's my understanding that optional means that it's my choice not mandatory.

What a gem of a pub! I attended a friend's birthday party last night. The staff were really friendly and attentive, the food was excellent and the locals were all very friendly too. If I lived locally, it would definitely be my regular

Nice service, good value, and a pleasant atmosphere. There for the quiz, and a good time was had by all. I used to be a regular many many years ago, and it's still a lovely pub, after all these years

We held a Christmas party at the Wee and Pee, with a buffet for 14 people and it was brilliant. Really good service, with some tables reserved for us and the buffet was excellent, we were really impressed!

I have been a customer for 13 years. Not always a regular one but have brought friends and family over time and they all said the same. Very friendly staff, great food, lovely atmosphere and reasonably priced. I really enjoy the wee & pee as we familiarly call it. I would recommend to anyone.

Came across the establishment looking for dinner after a day trip to Thorpe Park.
The largest pub menu I've seen! Spoil for choice. Large portion size very filling. Had the steak and Guinness pie with chucky chips and seasonal vegetables (carrots, peas and string beans and broccoli) lovely. Kids meal also large portion size. Daughter was very happy 😊 would definitely go back
Stopped for lunch on a Friday. Fairly quiet, had the beer garden all to ourselves. Very extensive menu. Probably too many options / too many different types of food (Gordon Ramsey would have a field day). The food was very slow to come out of the kitchen, especially for how few people were there, but when the food arrived, it was all very good! We recommend their jacket potato options, and burger options.
